# Where can I find the independent contractor agreement?

> How to review the independent contractor agreement and download your personal executed copy

## Your personal copy

Your agreement includes a cover page with your specific terms — your selected plan, term dates, compensation rate, transaction fee, and any state fees due at signup.

    On the review step of signup, the agreement link opens a draft of your complete agreement — cover page included — so you can read exactly what you're agreeing to before paying.

  <Step title="After payment">
    Your executed copy is emailed to you with your signup confirmation. It includes your cover page and a digital execution record.

  <Step title="Anytime after that">
    Download your current executed agreement — and any previous versions — from the [member portal](https://app.generalreferral.com/dashboard/billing) under **My Agreement**.

  When your membership renews or you change plans, an updated cover page is issued and your new executed copy is emailed to you automatically. Your renewal notice will tell you whether the agreement has changed since you last accepted it.
