NJ Renewal Schedule: All New Jersey real estate agents must renew every two years, before June 30th of odd-numbered years (e.g., 2025, 2027, 2029).

When You’ll Be Charged

Automatic IntegrationIf you join General Referral or have a membership anniversary between April-June of an odd-numbered year, the state renewal fee is automatically charged when your GR membership renews.You’ll receive advance email notice if you’re in this category.
June ProcessingIf your situation doesn’t fall into the above timeframe, your payment method on file will be charged during the first week of June. General Referral then pays the state your renewal fee on your behalf.
