Submit your referral agreement in minutes through our online portal.

Step-by-Step Process

Navigate to Member Portal

Click Submit a Referral

Find the “Submit a Referral” button in your member dashboard

Select Receiving Agent Status

Choose whether you’ve already selected a receiving agent:
General Referral is not currently selecting receiving agents. You’ll need to identify your own partner agent. Referrals placed by GR are capped at 20% commission.

Enter Agent Information

If you selected “Yes”, provide:
  • Receiving agent name and contact info
  • Receiving manager name and contact info
If the receiving agent and manager are the same person, leave the receiving agent field blank.

Complete Referral Details

Fill in all required information about:
  • Client details
  • Property location
  • Transaction type (buy/sell)
  • Referral fee percentage

Submit Agreement

Review and submit. All parties will receive the agreement via DocuSign for electronic signature.

Before starting, gather the following information:
  • Full name(s)
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Current address
  • Property preferences or listing details

Best Practices

Always agree on the referral fee percentage with the receiving agent before submitting the agreement. Learn about typical referral fees.
Check with the receiving agent and manager the next business day to ensure they received the DocuSign request. Quick follow-up prevents delays.
You’ll automatically receive a fully executed copy via email once all parties sign. Save this for your records and for commission disbursement.
After your first referral, we’ll invite you to create an account with our payroll provider for direct deposit. This streamlines future payments.

  3. Receive Confirmation - Get fully executed copy via email
