Enhanced Referral Agreements

Our referral agreement system has been completely upgraded. You can now:
  • Track signing progress — See exactly who has signed and who hasn’t, in real time
  • Void agreements — Cancel an agreement at any point if circumstances change
  • Edit details — Update agreement information without starting over
  • Request changes — Ask for revisions at any stage of the signing process
  • Automatic email reminders — Receiving parties get reminders at 3, 6, and 10 days if they haven’t signed
  • Bounce detection — If an email bounces, you’re notified immediately and can correct the address yourself
This is a major upgrade from our previous system, giving you full visibility and control over every referral agreement.

Commission Disbursements

A new end-to-end commission tracking system so you always know where your money is:
  • Status tracking — Follow your commission from check received through payment
  • Online form submission — Complete your disbursement request digitally
  • Document storage — Check scans and executed agreements stored securely
  • Disbursement history — View all past and current transactions in one place
No more wondering when or if a check has arrived. Every step is tracked and visible to you.

New Licensee Support

You can now join General Referral before receiving your state license number. Here’s how it works:
  1. Sign up using your state application ID
  2. We automatically check the state roster daily for your license
  3. Once the state issues your license, your account is updated automatically
No more waiting for your license to arrive before you can get started. Sign up as soon as you’ve submitted your state application.

General Referral now supports referral teams. Team leaders can build branded teams with:
  • Team-specific signup pages — Each team gets its own branded onboarding link
  • Team rosters — See who’s on your team at a glance
  • Team branding — Custom metadata and branding for each team
